SCHOOL FRIENDSHIP.....


Life is all about learning,
Our best education starts from our school.
Here we learn to add up the good days,
And subtract the bad ones.


I met you on the very first day,
And my tears turned into a pleasant smile.
We both worked together as a team,
Where the difference of boy and a girl wasn't much essential.


The fun was everlasting,
And everlasting are the memories.
No one can deduct them from our life,
Only our death can do so.


We both complete each others life,
And all these years we grew together.
Our irritating moments was the morning alarm,
And our difficult task was finding socks.


The most lovely time that we have spent with each other,
Was our morning meeting on the playground.
We learnt all our lessons together,
And together completed the homework.


The most tragic moment,
Was the surprise test in first period.
And the most wonderful news of every day,
Was the absence of our teacher.


We faced all the ups and downs in life,
With all the examinations passed.
And as the final day arrives,
We feel that they were the best days of our lives.


I had never thought our ways would part,
And our sweet friendship would be lost.
But our memories and moments will always be with us,
To cherish our lives with new fragrance.





ABOUT MY POEM...
Through this poem I have tried to recollect those wonderful memories of our lovely friends, who are not with us due to various reasons. But their memories and the moments that we have spent with each other will always bring a peaceful, carefree and pleasant smile on our face.
